Breathing Mechanics + The Nervous System

Let’s get back to basics. First we’ll focus on your breathing mechanics. HOW are you breathing? If this is something you’ve never thought about, start to pay attention. The breath affects the entire body.

We’ll then teach you about the Nervous System and how you can use your breath as a tool to help you ramp up or calm down.

Lower Stress + Anxiety

The breath is the only system in the body that is automatic but also under our control. We can use the breath to calm both body and mind. In fact, slow breathwork has been proven to reduce self-reported stress, anxiety and depression whether taught in person, virtually, one on one, or in a group.

Better Overall Health

Proper breathing affects all systems in the body and it can be used to get grounded and calm or ramp the system up for more energy and focus.
