I’m a Movement & Mobility professional who helps motivated women move better, build strength, and feel better in their bodies through personalized movement and breath training.
As a former competitive soccer player and mom of two, I blend yoga, Pilates, strength work, and breath to improve how the body actually moves - reducing pain, improving recovery, and building long-term capacity.
I keep my work practical, science-informed, and built around the individual, helping people feel stronger, move more freely, and stay consistent.
